Very busy and disorganized. The morning crew in not as organized as the others shifts. Their here and there questioning who got what and the the cashier boss was swiping gift cards in the cash register when people were trying to pay for their orders claiming the register was not working right. Very unprofessional.
I was there the night before, and all I wanted was a Happy Meal for my 6-year-old son. I waited in the drive-thru line for about five minutes, but no one took my order; I assumed the intercom might not be working. I pulled forward in the line—since there were many cars behind me waiting as well—thinking that if I simply told the person at the window that I just wanted a Happy Meal, they would add it to the order without any problem. Picked up an uber order and they told me to get back in line if I wanted to place a separate order, when I did they told me to leave and yelled at me like if I was causing trouble. These 2 night crew people shouldn't be working there. Worst customer service treatment ever received! I asked to speak to a manager she said "im a manager like it or not! Then i asked her what her name was she said "dont worry about it goodbye goodbye!" And kept insisting to give her the first 3 numbers of the order when i can't provide cause only... read more
AVOID THIS LOCATION! Lady with half shaved head needs to be fired. Rudest employee ever, don't know how she still working there, she's not doing business what so ever. Don't give your money to this location, they do not deserve with the kind of treatment they give their customers.
Every time I come to this McDonald’s (during the night shift) I’m met with a super rude attitude. Almost like if the employees are mad that I came to buy food or I’m bothering them? And to top it off I was missing an item. Once I went to explain to them I was missing an item they acted bothered. As someone who works at a restaurant as well this behavior is unacceptable. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s at all. If I could give zero stars I would! The ones in beach park and Zion are so much better imo.
