Food isn't fresh sometimes and sometimes it's a long wait
What is there to say? It's McDonald's. The food isn't necessarily worse than other McDonald's locations, unfortunately in the evening I've come to expect that whoever is working the grill either can't or won't read the grill tickets. So customizing your sandwich is ignored as is ordering a deluxe quarter pounder, which gets you a regular one even though you were charged extra. Check your order before you leave.
