Waited 20 minutes for a small order and received it cold. This location is definitely my least favorite in Waukegan.
The place was lively when I went in. A little busy, but always to be expected at a McDonald's. Barely got much, so the order came quickly, and the taste was as expected. The cleanliness is pretty decent too and everything is updated.
