The attention to customer request is so low.
One of the worst McDonald's I have been to. I drive Uber/Lyft all over the entire Chicago area and often end up at McDonald's because of consistently clean restrooms, good service, and a consistent quality of food. Here was lacking service. I always order through the app for "counter pickup" as I walk in so the food can be prepared as I use the restroom. Often the food is ready by the time I am out. Not here.
