This was originally written around two years ago. I was just back and brought my burger to the counter to because they should have had extra onions and they had basically none. I've worked in the food industry for over 10 years idc that the burgers didn't have onions that's a fixable mistake. every time I pull up to the drive-thru at 5am. I didn’t realize ordering a McMuffin required submitting an apology letter first. The attitudes here are genuinely impressive. Like honestly, if being mildly inconvenienced by customers is this devastating, customer service may not be the career path.
