Vine a cenar ayer por la noche con mi esposo, y todo iba bien hasta que un señor que trabajaba aquí, no estoy segura si era el gerente o no pero era un señor con uniforme de aquí, salió del baño SIN LAVARSE LAS MANOS se fue directo a trabajar. Charging for a cup of water is wild. That policy should change, for sure for sure.
There’s no changing table in the ladies bathroom. It costs money for a cup of water even after you’ve ordered an entire meal and just want water for your toddler who didn’t even have access to a changing table. Insane. Also super slow and if you stand at the counter they won’t even look at you. They fully expect you to order on the app or something.
We must have hit the restaurant at a very busy time with low staff. We waited an hour for our food. It took 20 minutes just to have our money taken at the counter and then when we got our food it was cold and we weren't even given our drinks. My attempts to get somebody's attention to check on our order was ignored. When we did finally get somebody's attention that would actually speak to us we asked to speak to a manager - a manager never showed up to speak to us. I will not return to this McDonald's.
