Had a problem with the mobile app canceling after arriving to the restaurant but wasn't standing long before being approached by a very nice employee that took care of the problem and made the food fresh and fast with great service. It's hard to find good service and good food from a mcdonald's now and days but this is the best mcdonald's in lake county from the food to the staff
