Every visit to this location has resulted in issues,incorrect orders, cold food, poorly packaged items. Additionally, the service lacks basic professionalism. I am sharing this because the consistent pattern of these errors indicates a clear need for improvments.
Today: 6/19 (10:29am) I had a very poor experience. It took over 18 minutes to receive my order, and the service was extremely slow. The manager did not handle the situation well. I won’t be returning.
Its ok
I walked into this fine establishment and was almost blinded by the beaming smile on one employee(much squinting revealed him to be Jack Henry)'s face. The service received was impeccable, on par with the finest establishments in Portland. You could feel the love and care that everyone in this building had for both the food and the customers. Special shoutout to Jack Henry for the perfect sear on my steak. In conclusion, if Ray Kroc visited this McDonald's, he would surely weep with joy.
They never smile. Never are able to answer questions and my app never works. Always says invalid code when I give then a code to redeem points .. or even just to earn them. It's crap!
