Very slow had to use electronic ordering bord no one at counter waited 10 minutes for 2 regular meals
Hot fries, friendly staff, great experience!
I don't have high expectations for service at McDonald's but this was the worst service I've ever received anywhere. At the drive-thru you're greeted by a robot. Then after you get through the robot you have to repeat everything you just told the robot to an employee. It's the dumbest waste of time I've ever heard of and insulting.
Every visit to this location has resulted in issues,incorrect orders, cold food, poorly packaged items. Additionally, the service lacks basic professionalism. I am sharing this because the consistent pattern of these errors indicates a clear need for improvments.
