I just had the worst experience of my life at this McDonald's from the drive-thru order taker at the second window. I left in tears. I go there all the time I probably won't go back. Was there this morning at 9:30 am on October 14th. It was not the back cashier I can't stress that enough. The woman who is probably in her 30s is always polite. This was a younger person and she snapped at me for asking a simple question. Honestly people like that shouldn't be in customer service because I do the same job and I could never.
Although they are nice and professional, unfortunately they have gotten my order wrong almost every time I’ve come here. I simply just asked for no ketchup. They either give me burgers with only ketchup or they just make them regular and don’t satisfy my request. I’m actually not supposed to eat ketchup or anything tomato based at all so it’s unfortunate that this McDonald’s continues to mess this up over and over and over again. Men’s restroom smells terrible. I came there every Tuesday. Always the same .
