There was a thumb hole in my McGriddle and the mc muffin was burnt black.
For 2 months shake machine has been down. You get asked if you want to round up, say no and they round up anyway. Then they only take orders for 3 cars at a time and you sit 9-16 minutes waiting to order at the drive thru. Worst service ever.
