Got there at 6 oclock, ordered and sat down, the dining room was empty, sat there for 45 minutes before asking for a refund, had to wait another 30 minutes for the refund. My daughter had to use the restroom where we actually had to take her to Cumberland farms right next door because both bathrooms had poop smeared everywhere all over the toilets and floors. Completely overrun by DoorDash orders. Staff can’t handle the workload, they are stressed out. I’ve had to wait 30 minutes for a single coffee. Drive through always huge line with slow service because of the DoorDash. Nothing against the staff, they’re overworked.
Got there around noon, super busy at that time, but everyone was really cool and the food came out in a decent time😀
