☆☆☆☆ I’ve been waiting for my order for over an hour. They took our order but refused to give us a refund. Instead of helping us, an employee came out just to argue with us. No one seemed interested in solving the problem or assisting customers. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this McDonald’s if you expect decent service.
Nobody greets you or checks the front counter. I said excuse me while they’re having a conversation about brownies and she makes me wait another 2 mins to finally acknowledge me, and my order was already ready!
This mc Donald's smell so bad. Every time is the same bad smell
