This McDonalds is pretty dated and service is sub-par but its McDonalds otherwise
The service here is SLOW. The place is completely empty and it’s taking 20 mins to get our ice cream. We try to avoid it, because this is always our experience here. I don’t understand how this place could get any slower.
Have been waiting for over 30 mins in the drive thru for my food, when there was only a few cars ahead of me. They made me repeat my entire order at the window because they didn’t know what I had ordered. Had me pull ahead and 4+ cars have gotten there food while I am still sitting and waiting. It’s 3 mcchickens and 3 fries. it shouldn’t take over 30 minutes. Extremely frustrated and I will never come back to this location.
Conveniently located and the food was fresh, but visited twice and the service was sssslllllooooowwww both times. Second time, order was wrong. Employees are nice and chill, maybe a little too chill. Second floor seating is cool.
