Spent 11 minutes trying to get a single drink refill. Had to remind the cashier three times what the drink was, Which was simple sweet tea. Another lady spent 45 minutes in the drive thru lane with two crying kids hoping for her food. No one has been at the cash register in 15 minutes and there are multiple people waiting in line. You have people in Springfield that can’t cook, instead of helping out their neighbors and friends/ community they have stick with a their times. I’m call everyone in Springfield to not eat at this McDonalds I was there in line at 10 45 waiting on other cars in front. They refused to help anyone that was still in line waiting on them
This is my daughter‘s go to, wait who am I kidding? This is about every kids go to for a happy meal or a quick bite to eat. We ordered a 6pc happy meal. The service was pretty fast however fries were cold and nuggets had definitely been sitting awhile. McDonald’s is just not what it used to be.
