This moccasin doesn’t honor McDonald’s app deals. Drive-through boy said that’s because they already offer a deal through the store and we have to accept that one whether we like it or not. The burgers are cold and dry, not even close to a proper serving temp. Had to return sandwich and it came out the same way.
I placed an online order. I waited in a long line just to get to the window then was told my order was not ready yet. I pulled forward and waited a few minutes. When i went inside to ask why it was taking so long the woman bringing out orders was very rude and instantly had an attitude. She asked me if my mobile order was large and i said no. Plainwell McDonald's was packed yesterday. The cars went through the drive thru quickly, even though both lanes were full, our meal was 100% correct and it was served with a smile. Happy people work there. It was great. Much better service than Allegan has been providing, hands down. .
My wife and I stopped at this McDonald’s to get a sprite and a tea. My wife went inside to order and waited 15 minutes for an employee to even take her order for two drink cups. Ridiculous.
