Worst place to order food no matter what time of day you come they still end up making you wait for your food I do understand if you have to prepare the food But the store doesn’t even have to be busy. It could be early in the morning or close to late at night and you will still have to wait for your food even during their time of being busy If you can find another McDonald’s to order from Desso, this one is the slowest and worst restaurant in the area
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
The most, if not one of the most, incompetent customer service staffs ever assembled. The kids working there did their best but the manager on duty has no clue how to actually accomplish the expectations set out from McDonald’s. Order though the app, got sent to this location out of the way, location couldn’t fulfill the order as requested. I went inside and paid for more food since there was an extreme delay. I order in advance through the app. This seems to be the best way for me to always get what I ordered. The rewards are a great way to save money.
If I could give zero stars across the board, I would. Unfortunately this is what happens when a big company relies on its name and stops valuing customer experience assuming enough people will keep coming back. It doesn’t help when the person in charge doesn’t speak English but is tasked to satisfy customers who speak English and also manage a bunch of teenagers who speak English.
