Kids working at this location were very helpful and made our visit enjoyable
First time at this location, if your reading this just avoid it or choose somewhere else to eat. Their menu board is completely broken, their self order machines print out blank recipes so you have to guess which order number is yours, the floors are super sticky, staff looks disgruntled, several of their drink machines are 'broken', if you try to place an order person to person they will just ignore you to try and force an order through the self serve kiosk. Cashier didn’t wanna be cashier, she wanted me to use the filthy screen (very dirty) to order my food. I told her soon you will lose your job just like she told me technology is the new thing. Now I’m pissed and will not be going to McDonald any more . This is why we are going to technology because customer service is not a thing anymore
The customer service was great & we got our order quickly. The food was hot & delicious too. I was grateful the cashier had put napkins in the bag because nowadays if you don't ask for them, they don't give you them. I have no complaints.
