The food is consistently pretty good bc McDonald’s has it down. But the service here is terrible. 10% success rate on getting my order correct, which most of the time is very simple, just a mcchicken and McDouble and that’s it. Using the codes only seems to confuse the employees even more to the point where I have stopped using them because it’s not worth saving $0.75 to not get what I ordered.

No service had me sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes. I left will not go back.
This mcdonalds only lets you order from the kiosk. No one will help. We left
