+30 minutes wait time in the drive thru is crazy work for cold fries
Ordered a spicy ten piece with a large fry with ketchup and a large frappe. Got to the window and was told to wait in the excess drive through space for my frappe. Waiting 12min and then backed up into the drive through to be handed my meal and a small frappe. Had them give me a large frappe. Drove off to discover that they gave me normal nuggets and no ketchup. I hate this place
The staff took too long in my opinion to provide my simple order. Additionally, I feel as though this Mcdonald’s location is more expensive and in many cases by 25% or more. A McChicken should cost $1.50 due to current promotions but this location is selling them for $2.
The worst experience i have ever had at a McDonalds! I ordered off my app. Payed for it from inside the store. Walked 5 feet to the counter and made sure they started my order. All to sit there for 30 mins because they sent it to the drive-thru. So instead of not being lazy and bringing ne my food they decided it was better to let my food sit in the drive thru.
