Since you need to order at the board yourself, the whole atmosphere seems to have changed. It is hard to order if you don't eat there regularly. It takes time to navigate the menu, with to much back and forth. One of the machines didn't work but looked as if it did. People would start their order only to find they couldn't check out. So they had to get in line again at another board.
