This is easily one of the worst-run McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. They consistently get orders wrong, and when they do, no one seems to care. On my last visit, I sat waiting for 20 minutes before going inside, only to be told my order had already been brought out—which was completely untrue. When I finally got my food, it was cold, and the fries were hard like they’d been reheated. The staff was rude and acted inconvenienced that I even asked about my order. 3 times to get an order right then bring out sandwiches that are half raw totally unacceptible plus having to wait so long caused us to miss my granddaughters school function. Thanks to McDonalds.
I don't know why I continue to come here thinking it will get better, but every time they mess up. Waited in Drive-thru for 20 minutes. Finally get my order. I only ordered a double cheeseburger plain and a small fry. When I got home, I had two cheeseburgers with everything except pickles and no fry. They always screw up!
