Ordered a caramel frappe from the app. Sat in parking space 1 waiting for it to be brought out. Store was not busy at all. 20 minutes later, I went in to get it. They hadn't made it at all, and said they never saw the order. It was made quickly thereafter. This is the second time something like this happened. Beware using the app at this location.
Ordered 26 dollars worth of food and the fries were cold all the burgers were smashed in the bottom of the bag. General Manager was zero help. I live 30 minutes away and my kids are super tired. He said return all the food and he would take care of it.
