Truly a shame how far this location has fallen in terms of quality. Store is consistently filthy. Tables, floors, and bathrooms are not cleaned often, twice a day at most. Employees here artificially boost their statistics for corporate by instantly closing out orders on the registers and then keeping the receipts, causing consistent errors with orders. People there really need to work on their attitude. I just wanted my receipt because I needed to bring it back to my family, but instead I was treated with attitude like it was the end of the world. I’m really disappointed because I used to go there all the time. Now I don’t even feel like going back—not because of the food, but because of the way the people treated me.
