Horrible service, no respected customer. Always missing or lost order
The food is okay could be better but the service is terrible you can be waiting there for 10 minutes meanwhile no one is in the line and the building is also terrible there’s homeless people inside and the roof leaks water.
I've been to all three McDonald's at all Utica locations numerous days and the shake mechanics are broken it is ridiculous and unfair im a paying customer this is not right fix your damn mechanics and I even called corporate the other day and complained and there still broken this is a damn shame
