A rather confusing self-service order menu sits in front of the counter. A button is available if you need additional help. I pressed the button, and it changed color. Staff chatted behind the counter and no one offered assistance. After 5 minutes I walked out.
Drive thru only
It’s really no big deal.. but why are yall up-charging for drinks and whatever else and not saying anything about it when it was never asked for in the first place..?
