Went through drive through. Didn't salt the fries, didn't offer any napkins, and miss one of my items that I had to ask for.
I Waited over 15 minutes in a drive thru spot for a order of hotcakes and a bacon egg cheese bagel. Had to go inside and multiple people were also waiting for their food. Manager acted like she didn’t care so i got the attention of the lady who told me to wait for my food at the drive thru. She was apologetic but manager only cared if i should have a gotten a smaller paper bag or not. Service is slow, no organization in the cook station and bad management.
