My sundae was overflowing in the cup they chose so that the lid was not even on. It made a mess all over my car. I should've handed it back with no thought of being a Karen. There were ZERO napkins in my bag. Luckily had some paper towels. They ignored no ice in my drink; which, how does your fountain soda not even taste like Dr. Pepper? I will be driving further away on the next rare occasion I want McDonald's to avoid this location all together.
Went there at 2:10 AM as the place is 24/7. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes with ZERO response despite saying Hello or honking my horn. I had 4 cars waiting behind me and I gave up waiting. No one was in line at front and not sure if anyone was inside the restaurant itself. So much for wanting mcdonalds for my lunch break.
Been there twice this past week and your soft drinks don’t taste good. That was the one thing I could count on. Syrup carbonation is off.
Today @ 830pm we went drive thru, the staff taking orders and window 1 were we pay was rude, and 0 star for service. and the guy in window 2 that time who prepared the food, forgot to put the fries we went back and he give us a burned and old fries. 0 star for customer service.
