Every time I go to this McDonald’s without fail, something is missing from my order. Whether it’s sauce for nuggets, part of the order, or literally just straws, this place cannot seem to get its stuff together. Stack that on top of the food never being warm when you get it, you are much better off going to the Burger King just down the road.
The manager working today is a real jerk. She is so rude it blows my mind that she was even able to get a customer service job.
I very rarely ever go to McDonalds because it is so overrated and I think yesterday was literally my last time. For this location specifically, the staff is so rude, rude as in not saying one thing to me at either windows? The guy who took my payment just reached his hand out the window and took my card and then gave me my card and receipt without saying a single word. Watch for the passive aggressive behavior at the drive through window when you ask for ketchup after they’ve given none. After frequenting this location for several months, my take: this is an unhappy workplace, where efficiency is valued over courtesy or accuracy.
