I regularly go to this McDonald’s because I live nearby. Lately, the quality here has changed and dropped significantly. The tables are constantly dirty, and I often have to ask the staff to wipe them down. They do clean the tables, but afterward they smell strongly of bleach. Visiting this McDonald’s has become unpleasant. It looks like the manager responsible for maintaining service quality at this particular McDonald’s is either not handling the job properly or is treating it carelessly.
It was really disgusting experience, I have ordered their new drinks and I asked for both with no ice. The manager told me we can not put any more and this is considered large since I ordered without ice. So you are fooling the customer by putting around half of the cup with ice. You are really sucks.
There is no playground even though it was posted that there is one. I am assuming it was taken out? But it's just a dine in area and an outdoor dining area.
