Drive through order extremely rude, ordered hot fudge Sunday along with meal and they gave plain vanilla and not ready listen even on showing receipt and later in frustration just drizzled regular choclate like drop and gave back, no straw with drink in meal and no courtesy no napkins, ketchup up straw anything and dont give even if you ask for one..Rude staff and not professional at all.
Placed an order online the app, gave the worker my code and when I got to the window the woman said my order had been cancelled? She was trying to make me come inside to pay again, when my card has already been charged. Very disappointing experience anytime I come to this location. Lady in the drive thru was no help, needs to be re trained and fix her attitude.
Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I placed and paid for my order, only to be completely ignored when it came time to receive my food. The manager on duty flat-out refused to give me what I paid for and offered zero explanation as to why. When I calmly asked for more information or at least a refund, they were dismissive and refused to help in any way. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect was unbelievable.
