Placed a mobile order around 10am arrived to the store at 10:15 and waited in line until 10:35. I gave them my code at the order screen and they told me to pull forward to the first window. I was then told because it was after 10:30am they were not going to be able to get me my food even though it was for an order placed well before 10:30.
