Enjoyed the Mcflurry, after I got it, but service is not catered to walk ins. Did not have one sundae that was ordered and got another, was not given a refund for the difference. No napkins are out and not given to you when you get your food unless you ask. Appeared the staff was trained to make sure their backs were to the counter at all times so as not to help you.
Went early with my granddaughter. Self checkout didn't have the menu options I wanted but the lady cleaning took my order at the register and was very nice and polite. My granddaughter even felt comfortable with her. I hate self checkout and most stores refuse to help you yet this store was awesome 👌
