Woman taking order was very rude. All burgers had no ketchup, onion or pickles. We have used this location for years and this has happened many times.

They have 2 pickup windows, so we went to the one on the outside & we watched as they helped 4 cars while we sat there and waited. We had placed an online order so we assumed the order should ALREADY be ready. being that we placed it 30 mins before & ended up having to wait an extra 20 mins just to get thru the line. when we got to the window, they made us pull up & they helped multiple other people before us again. we had to wait another 40 minutes for our food. in total we were there for over an hour and a half. once we go... read more

I was just in the drive thru waiting on 1 10pc combo for over 20minutes only to get my order and it all be stale and inedible. I've never in 46 years have ever waited so long in an empty drive thru lane ever. They have no urgency for their customers or customer service and the food was horrible. I will be contacting corporate this is unacceptable I don't appreciate them taking my money for child tasteless food.
