I ordered breakfast online at 10:17 am. I arrived at mcdonalds at 10:32 and was informed my order was cancelled despite having placed my order well in advance of their lunch changeover. I was offered no explanation for why this happened or compensation for my time and effort. Terrible customer service both in store and online.
