Manager was rude and couldn’t even get anyone to help me. I couldn’t figure out how to use the kiosk. I told them that and they told me I don’t know what to tell you. You’re going to have to wait. So I waited. 25 minutes later I got someone to come up and ask me “what I want?” I asked to speak to the manager a lady came up and told me if I don’t like it I can go to Burger King. I left with no purchase and just a waste of time
its mcdonalds in main st worcester so this review will never be a 5/5, but the manager is amazing and her customer service skills are top tier, and goes above and beyond, keep her!
She should be gone disrespectful toward door dasher and costumer went there it’s very terrible
All seven McDonald’s locations in Worcester have been unavailable on DoorDash for over a month, even though they’re open. It’s really frustrating for anyone trying to get delivery.YES I HAVE PROOF if corporate wants to see!
