Wild how bad this whole experience was. The menu has an option to buy an item and get an additional item for a dollar. We purchased four of those items when we pulled to the window we were told that promotion was no longer available. They did not do anything about the discrepancy and because we were in a hurry, decided to just pay the additional amount and move on. Forgets items. cant handle the amount of drive thru orders. Interior is dirty, nobody handles the front counter. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to have to go in and get my food anyway AND For gets items can handle drive thru orders. Interior is diirty nobody handles the front counter. Do not order here after 12 am . The employees do not respond. I watched 7 doordash drivers go to only watch each one leave because the employees were not anywhere to be seen or were sitting together talking and ignoring customers .

Waited over 15 minutes cars in front of me to get their food no apology for the wait finally get my food fries are burnt get home to eat my burger give me a single instead of a double go to call the manager they just let it ring and hang up on me....
