Do NOT go to this McDonald’s location if you’re stopping by overnight. The crew working the late shift is hands-down the worst I’ve ever encountered. I pulled up to the drive-thru around 3 AM expecting basic fast-food service — order, pay, get food. Instead I got complete indifference and incompetence. It took over five minutes of sitting at the speaker with my lights on before anyone even bothered to acknowledge me. Arguably the worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Ordered a breakfast meal at 1001am was told to park in #1 and proceeded to wait nearly 15 mins before I had drive back to the drive thru to ask about my order. Where it took another 3 mins waiting for me to get my meal. Not a single manager could take the time to say sorry or offer to comp the meal. This is absolutely inexcusable for a place to be run that bad and then not have the awareness to apologize to a customer. Awful experience.
