I went to the drive thru with my friend to get mobile orders for the both of us, not only when we were trying to figure out our orders the person at the speaker rudely said “can you speak up?!” We finished our order and moved on, when we got to the second window the First Lady was amazing, had to get someone to help out which is totally fine, the manager (and older woman who seemed lost and rude to her worker) that came to help however was also incredibly rude, I was handed my drink and my friends food. The best place
They should put employees who speak and understand english taking the orders in the drive-through. The girl had no clue what I asked for and just decided to put something up on the board, and then didn't understand I wanted her to take that off the board. I just drove off. Nobody got time for that.
They always forget to put something in the bag, and constistantly ignore you at the window to talk to coworkers.
