even by mcdonald's standards, this store is a painful experience. being one of the few places open late, i find myself here on occasion. drive-through is frequently slow, food is often cold, and the dining room is seldom open or properly stocked. adding in extremely high prices for fast food, you're better off going somewhere else if somewhere else is open. not sure why they're still open, owners don't seem to care.
All seven McDonald’s locations in Worcester have been unavailable on DoorDash for over a month, even though they’re open. It’s really frustrating for anyone trying to get delivery.YES I HAVE PROOF if corporate wants to see!
The problem now with any McDonalds is you have lost the customer to computers. Many elderly visit and the staff at the register doesn’t exist. It seems like corporate is concerned more with the bottom line and NOT the customer relationship…
Every time I pick up an order here for the last 3 months, something is wrong. Even when every label is correct at least 1 sandwich is wrong. Example box says Double filet of fish but sandwich is chicken. Wrapper for says Big Mac but sandwich is double hamburger plain no cheese. Box says 10 piece mcnugget only 7 in box. This location is falling apart
