We ate here (McDonald's walmart in Preston location) for late supper March 30 around 9pm and asked for mayo as we like it as dipping sauce for our fries. We were told rudely by the cashier that we needed to buy the mayo. The first time ever, we were told by McDonald's staff that we needed to pay. I hope they realize that these are packets of mayo and not bottles of mayo we are asking.. this is why we love to go to the 51st mcdonalds location.. cleaner, staff are friendly, and yes, mayo is free.
Wonderful! The service was above and beyond. I was having a coughing fit and the manager went out of his to bring me a glass of water to make sure I was alright. He's been ontop of all the order along with all of the other great staff. There aren't enough people in the service industry like the ones at this McDonald's. Absolutely appreciated. 10/10
