Several times, they ask me to pull forward to wait for my food because it's not ready yet. Then they completely forget and leave us sitting there for 20 minutes wondering what's taking so long. Just for me to go inside and struggle with trying to get some help with the order. Literally ridiculous. Not to mention all the druggies surrounding this McDonalds, it's not safe here! Go to literally any other McDonalds. This one sucks.
Kiosks did not work. At all. No one at counter. Until 6 people in line and someone yelled for help. Bathrooms were locked. My order was simple - a small shake. It took 10+ minutes and me asking for it at least 3 times before I got. I feel bad for the staff. They were clearly being overworked.
Management really needs to step up here. Went in around 5pm on a Saturday, and every single table was dirty, no sanitizer in any of the dispensers, no napkins, no receipt paper in the self order kiosks, soda fountains were also dirty and there weren't any of the table tents to grab for dining in. They need to staff more people here so they can actually keep up with cleaning and stocking.
The slowest McDonald’s I have very went to. Terrible service waiting over 30 mins for food. Staff is practically unresponsive to any concerns do not recommend
