I’ve visited multiple McDonald’s locations, but unfortunately, this one was the worst experience I’ve had. The service was slow, and the food quality didn’t meet the usual standards. I hope management takes steps to improve both customer service and food preparation.

I have been waiting at the drive thru speaker for 5 to 10 minutes, The staff at the drive through entertained the guy who just arrived at the other drive thru speaker instead of me. Also the staff gave me attitude at the till.

They have messed up every single order we’ve ever made at this location, both on door dash and in the drive thru. Always double check your order this location, because 10 times out of 10, it will be wrong. Staff are also unpleasant to deal with. Go to any other McDonald’s in the city.

Just went through the drive through, paid and made the mistake of not checking my order at the window before going home to feed my kids. Guess what?! Missing 4, yes 4 breakfast sandwiches. It’s on my receipt and paid for but when I called in they won’t fix the issue. Then the “manager” passed the phone off and the woman who I spoke to next hung up on me. No apologies.
