Great staff, but terrible new management policies. The team working here is always amazing and friendly, but this location’s new rules are extremely disappointing. Charging an extra $0.50 for sugar-free syrup places an unfair financial penalty on diabetic customers who simply need a sugar-free option. Combined with refusing basic customizations like light ice, these extra fees are ridiculous. Sugar-free isn't a luxury upgrade—it's a health necessity. Love the hardworking staff, but I’ll be taking my coffee business elsewhere... read more
