Staff works hard but they need to have more people
This afternoon, my daughter and I visited the Idylwyld McDonald's drive-thru to order breakfast sandwiches, as we were planning to have a late breakfast. Upon opening the food after we left, we discovered that the buns on our sandwiches were severely burnt and charred. We returned to McDonald's to address the issue. The employee at the drive thru appeared surprised by the condition of the sandwiches and called over the manager. Unfortunately, the manager did not express much concern.
