The girl on the front counter, absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. Attitude is the only thing that’s cooked at this restaurant as the fries are wayyy under cooked, and half filled. Judging by their other google reviews in the past year, this McDonald’s should really be looked at by head office and the attitude police.
The worst experience. Lazy staff, poor service and lack of basic decency to talk. Do your part for the money you get paid. Owners, please train your staffs and managers to treat customers with respect. They were clearly ignoring when we called out to them. Staffs gang up and ignore customers. Today, Nov 21, at 9.00pm. After waving and hauling from the counter for long they decide to step to the counter. Seeing the poor and demeaning attitude from the staff, decided not to buy anything. Disgusting. Trash, food, dirty tables and bugs flying around. Honest to god.
Bought two Big Mac Meals during Monopoly and they gave the burgers in non-promotional packaging. Long line. Everyone seemed miserable.
Refused exact cash for a coffee when their computer was down for orders. They are also extremely slow when their computers are working- always out of paper
