# McDonald's Review Draft **1 Star - Serious Food Safety Issue** I visited this McDonald's location on 7/18/25 and received an undercooked burger along with the wrong order. The burger was clearly pink and raw in the middle, which poses a serious health risk. When I returned to the restaurant to address this food safety issue, the staff refused to provide a refund and only offered to remake the food.
