They did an ok job on my order, but I ordered curbside and I had to go in and get my order because the app for safety precautions changed the order to counter or drive thru.

It would be smart to teach your employees to listen to the customer when they're ordering and have them read the order back. The person taking my order not only charged me for an extra large fry, but was also rude and dismissive while appearing disheveled and exhausted. Don't think I'm going to be showing up to this location anymore, been nothing but bad experience
Been here 3×1st time it was freezing cold dirty tables, 2nd time cold 3rd time I get a coffee and I am doing some work on my computer and my coffee sat for too long unfortunately got cold, so I went up and asked…do you mind dumping this because it’s cold and filling it up the guy did not look at the tag, did not dump it so when he returned, I said did you dump it?
