I had a really frustrating experience here. I placed a simple online order for a cheeseburger and went through the drive-thru. When I gave my code at the speaker, I was told everything was good and to pull up to the first window. At the first window, the employee immediately had a rude attitude and asked what I ordered. I explained it was under this name and gave the code, but instead of helping, she responded with attitude and asked if i had even told anybody at the speaker or just drove right through.
