Only two people in the drive thru, and nobody inside and couldn’t even get an order right

I would normally say that this is generally a great McDonald’s, even if they’re swamped, they’re decently fast. However, today, being a busy time, I saw a young man go up to the counter to order (normal right? Cause not everyone wants to use a kiosk..) and the manager went to ask him what order he was waiting for and he said that he wanted to order.
