The workers actively ignore people up front. They will also give uber drivers that just walk up and shove their phone in their face their food before any other person that is waiting patiently for a pickup. Bringing food from home to avoid the staffing there
Good experience, a little too expensive, and not as quick as id like for the price.
Everything is great, but they keep the restrooms blocked off for an excessive amount of time. I stayed there over an hour just to see when the signs would be moved. I have 2 receipts to show I was there for over an hour. Even asked the lady mopping the dining room floor. She said it was being cleaned. I it was cleaned for 3 minutes and then blocked off. No one else went in to clean. It does NOT take an hour for the floors to dry. City of Austin please check into this and rip the franchise owner a big one.
