The wait in the drive thru on a mobile order has so far been 24 minutes and counting and finally get to the window and order is messed up.
I made a mistake with my order around 2:00 p.m. on Memorial Day. Colleen was extremely gracious and helpful. She got things straightened out in no time. She's an excellent employee.
We went drive thru and the service was awesome, I got great service by some very friendly service.
Got the wrong food again....
