Fast-friendly service and the McMuffin was hot and tasty.
Ordered on line. Went to counter. Showed my order code and receipt showing West. J. McDonald's and paid. Couldn't find it on there computer and wouldn't except my receipt so I had to pay twice. Waited at the counter for my sausage mcgriddle for over 20 minutes. When I saw a person running around in the back I asked about it. She said "as you can see we are busy" and blew me off. Waited another 5 minutes and saw her again and said I really need my food because I was late for my appointment. She stomped up and said very rudely... read more
