If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible wait times, rude employees, and terrible food. Went through the drive-thru, and our order was messed up. The young lady at the second window was nice and fixed it, then asked us to pull into a spot for the rest of the order. After almost an hour, we noticed everyone who came after us had already gotten their food and left. My friend went inside and was ignored by staff who were just messing around. ***Update*** Service and food are getting better. We will go inside from now on. Burgers were fresh and fries were hot! keep it up 👍
Worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. 20+ minutes no matter if you go inside, mobile order, or drive thru. Nobody assisting customers at the registers. Just a poorly ran location all around.
Order ahead? Don’t bother, you’ll still wait 30 minutes for your food. And it will be cold. Oh and there’s a girl working the drive thru who doesn’t say a word to you. Looks as miserable as I did sitting in the drive thru.
