We went through the drive-thru and the person who took our order was less than thrilled to help us. She did not say thank you after taking our payment. She didn't even speak to us except to say the amount of the charge again. We moved up to the window to pick up our food. They kept us waiting for a little bit and then somebody came to the window and rudely said, "While you're waiting for your sandwich, you've got to go wait in space 1." This is the 4th time we came to eat at the restaurant only to be told they were closed early before10pm when the sign clearly shows 11pm dining room hours on the door. This is the 3rd time with the same manager stating they have staffing issues each time. I call BS and would like to think that the franchise owner should be held accountable for not following corporate policies.
