I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The older employee with gray hair and glasses was rude and embarrassed me in front of other people. She falsely accused my group of not having a parent with us, even though we did. She then told us that if we went into the play place again, she would call the police. It was upsetting to be treated that way when we hadn't done anything wrong. Instead of asking questions respectfully or verifying the situation, she jumped to conclusions and made us feel unwelcome.
