I ordered 1 large coffee to go. I have been sitting in spot 3 for over 15 minutes waiting on 1 coffee. That is literally all I ordered and it has taken so far 1lovwr 15.minu
I am a driver for uber eats. I stood and waited in line for a good 10-15 minutes before I even saw an employee come out from the back. The order still wasn’t close to being ready. Myself & another customer also watched an employee eat fries from a bag. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Ended up having to cancel my customer’s order & left.
Went through drive up usually I have to wait for my order which is OK l special order today I didn't I asked if it was my order said yes it wasn't fries were terrible for ordering them with no salt they didn't even say sorry for messing up
