The drive thru staff cussed us out. When we pulled around to the window the staff hid and we never got our order.
Took 10 minutes to get my order and then tried to not give me my shake
Even when their posted hours are 6am to 10pm for lobby and 6am to 12am for drive thru they closed the lobby at 8:35pm. It did not look like they were short staffed either. Employees were standing around talking not busy at all. Not a good way to drive up sales and grow your business.
