ordered on my app, picked up in the drive through. No line at the time. Store did not put my order of fries in the bag. my order wasn't complicated, few items. I go on my lunch break my time is limited so I can't go back to store. I tried calling to request a refund but the phone line immediately goes to unavailable. very inconvenient that I can't request refund on app.
They gave me my food cold and the drink was more ice than anything and my stomach hurted bad for 1 week and I got an infection in my stomach
Orders always wrong, slow service, items constantly out of stock, and fries cold as hell EVERY TIME I COME NO MATTER WHAT TIME IT IS. Had to wait 10 mins for a damn single hamburger. Ridiculous
Hire more people!! You've gone from being the fastest restaurant to the slowest.
