Me and my boyfriend came thru the drive through today. One of the employees, Chris, was very sweet and kind. Employees there are amazing. Thank you, Chris.
Fries were very fresh, but the filet o fish had hardly any tartar sauce.
Waited 25 minutes for a milkshake,cookie and a pie that never came. I finally asked the counter clerk if my food was forgot and she asked me if I ordered at the kiosk using cash as my pay option Yes I did! She then told me I had to pay before my food would go through. I had my 5 yr old grandson with me and we had waited long enough,so we left. I think I'm going to scratch this location off the list. The store is squeezed into a tight location with a tight drive thru. You can order 15 minutes ahead on the app and my order is never ready. The general vibe is chaotic and unprofessional. Suggest trying the location on Hwy. 97. Those people have it going on. Much better experience.
