The current management is so hyper focused on having a “faster drive thru” time as explained by an employee that they will have 8 cars parked in curbside pickup to sustain their numbers. The food is never hot, it takes 10 minutes to get your food, good luck getting sweet tea past 9pm because they will never brew more. Its pushed to the extreme to where people can’t even hand things out of the window because all curbside spots are full and 2 cars are packed in the window. I just left there and I ordered breakfast. I got hotcakes and sausage. They didn’t give me butter or syrup. I didn’t get any napkins or silverware. It took 5 minutes to get my food.
Service was horrible, waited more than 30 min for my fast food, poor management at this store
I just paid way to much for a Big Mac, only to receive terrible food and unacceptable service. The burger was carelessly thrown together—the dry, cracked patties were hanging halfway off the bun, and all the toppings were spilling out of the sandwich. The nighttime operations at this location have completely fallen apart. Orders are consistently wrong, the staff is rude, and when I tried calling to get this resolved, no one even answered the phone. Management urgently needs to step in.
Nothing fast about this location. It's not uncommon to wait 30 minutes to get your order in the morning. I even tried the app once to see if I could avoid the long wait...20 minutes later I ended up having to drive off without my food because I was going to be late.
