Carla the manager was so rude, she refused to give me my breakfast order even though I ordered it before 10:30am, definitely will talk to corporate about her, and I don’t know if even a refund was made.
Not very clean and the management clearly acts as they do not want our business 🙄 .
I came in this morning to pick up an Uber order and the cashier just walked away. Nobody even spoke to or looked at me for 5 minutes, and it was hardly anyone there. I ran my bodycam and will put this on my YouTube channel when I can figure out how to edit those. The cashier, especially the main one behind the register went out of her way to avoid eye contact... It was almost impressive... She never spoke to me or acknowledged me. She just walked away when it was my turn at the register.
Consistently slow, can’t get food out on time and the customer service is terrible. You could be standing there at the register and they’ll look at you like you’re not even standing there.
