The most poorly run McDonald’s in the greater Green Bay Area, which is actually impressive. Super long wait times, messed up orders. I will say the workers are always nice. Wish they had more competent management, as this is the closest to us.
This is the worst place ever the staff is so rude and unprofessional the manager is some young lady and she was very rude I asked for a refund and they acted like they could not hear me I would never eat here again.
McDonald's is terrible no matter how you look at it.
So my wife and I get there. There were 8 cars in both lanes. Waited almost 10 mins. And when I pulled up to the speaker. The lady said she would be right with us. And five minutes came. Still no response. The staff needs to do a better job at making sure the customers are set first before goin to do other stuff.
Every time i order here no matter the time of day they take over 20 minutes to give me my curbside pickup. One of the last times i placed my order it took 45 minutes until i got my food, i had to get out of my car and actually walk inside to pick it up mind you they had no cars in the drive thru, my order was just sitting on the counter for god knows how long by the time i got my food everything was cold and soggy.
