French Fries were lukewarm, Hi C orange taste like orange water . The lady that took my order and my payment was wonderful and extremely respectful. The young lady whom handed me my order was rude slammed the window closed and huffed when I informed her my food wasn’t an acceptable temperature and I requested napkins. While making the statement to a colleague “ he’s holding up he line”. She came back to the window and practically threw the bag of French fries at me still no napkins.
I am hesitant to order burgers anywhere because I do not like ketchup, mustard, or onion. But a burger sounded good, so I chanced it- wrong choice. I asked for a cheeseburger with only pickles and mayo. I was charged the .35 for mayo (which is fine), and the screen said exactly what I had ordered. I checked my bag quick to make sure I had the correct looking meal, but when I left the parking lot and went to take my burger out to eat it, the burger ticket said ketchup and mustard only.
