Last night, between around 11 to midnight, I placed an order at this McDonald’s drive-thru. I had placed two separate orders. The cashier behaved rudely toward me and said, “I’m not taking both of your orders; you need to leave my drive-thru.” Why would you keep someone like that employed? They don’t seem emotionally balanced, and you should be checking that. Why did they behave like that? She supposed to be fired. We will never go there again.😡😡😡😡😡😡
My fiance and I went through the drive through on the date of 4/14/2026 at 11:10am and went got to the drive thru and like typical we didnt know what we wanted yet. So we told the lady just a sec and she told us "ok, but just remember there's a car behind you.". We order, got to the window, she gaved us our food and then I told my voice my concern to her about how that was rude. And she didnt even let me speak at all like she didnt care.
They Say they are open 24/7 but for the past 5 times i have ordered online, they take my money, and I go to the location. The staff tell me they are not serving food and to cancel my order through the app. This is not a one time event. this has happened multiple times. DO NOT TAKE MY ORDER THOUGH THE APP, IF YOU ARE NOT SERVING FOOD! MY MONEY THEN GETS TIED UP FOR SERVICES NEVER RECEIVED. DO NOT OPEN. DO NOT TAKE ORDERS! OR CLOSE THE LOCATION!
Took 30 minutes staff gave us the wrong meal two times dropped the drink overall don’t go to his McDonalds
came through & the old lady with a raspy voice and short blonde hair had the worst customer service ive seen. very unfriendly. worst part, they messed up my order… it was only a mcchicken i dont know how you mess that up.
