I had a promo coupon for buy one get one of equal value. I told the person that I ordered in the Drive-Thru about it. He asked if I was paying credit card or cash. He went on about something about one or two and wasn't clear. When I got to the first window he said that I needed to go to the second window because the card reader was down. As a long time customer here, my dad rest his soul, loved Big Macs so would bring him here before he passed. This place although "remodeling" during and after the pandemic, has just never been the same. They advertised "the new McDonald's experience" which turned out to be no service inside at the counter. Use a kiosk inside, or outside in the drive through. Handicap entrance .. don't try. The outside picnic tables were nice .. they are gone.
